ANEF

ANEF is the French State's platform for procedures concerning foreign nationals. Naturalization and reintegration applications are filed there, and the file is followed there.

Since 1 February 2023 the Journal Officiel publication date of your naturalization decree is available in your personal ANEF account. That is the most direct official source: before that date the publication date was shown on the ampliation sent by post or email.

AlertJO has no access to ANEF or to your file: we only read the decrees already published in the Journal Officiel. If the date shown in your ANEF account differs from the one we give, your ANEF account is the one that counts.

Your ANEF account and AlertJO answer two different questions. ANEF tells you what the administration has recorded for your file. AlertJO reads the decrees published in the Journal Officiel and emails you on the day of publication, without you having to log back in. We recommend checking both.
