Delete user data

You can request deletion of all personal data associated with AlertJO at any time.

1. Sign in to your personal AlertJO space.
2. Go to the Profile or Settings section.
3. Click Delete my account or contact us directly at support@alertjo.fr for a manual deletion.
4. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

All data linked to your account (identity, file number, email, history) will be permanently deleted.
