Comment moderation charter
Comments on the AlertJO blog let people going through naturalization share experiences and questions. To keep this space useful and respectful, every comment must follow the rules below.
Welcome
- Sharing your experience (timelines, steps, what to do after the decree).
- Asking a question or answering another reader.
- Politely pointing out incorrect information.
Not allowed
- Insults, hateful, discriminatory or threatening content, harassment.
- Personal data: file or REZE numbers, addresses, phone numbers, emails, whether yours or someone else's.
- Advertising, spam, commercial links or promotion of paid services.
- Impersonating an administration (prefecture, SDANF, ministry) or the AlertJO team.
- Any illegal content.
Moderation
- Only users who confirmed their email address can comment.
- Comments containing a link, a blocked word, or flagged by our automatic moderation (AI) are reviewed by the team before publication.
- A comment reported by several readers is withdrawn until it is reviewed.
- The AlertJO team may hide or delete a comment and block, temporarily or permanently, a user who does not follow this charter.
Your rights
- You can edit or delete your comments at any time.
- Deleting your account erases the content of your comments.
- To report illegal content, use the "Report" button or contact us.
Responsibility
- Each comment is the responsibility of its author.
- AlertJO is an independent service: comments are neither legal advice nor official information from the administration.
