Privacy policy

At AlertJO, the privacy of your data is a priority. We only collect the information needed to detect the publication of your naturalization decree and send notifications.
  • Your data (name, file number, email) is only used for the AlertJO service.
  • Your data is never sold or used for commercial purposes. It is only shared with the providers the service needs (hosting, email delivery, payment, automatic moderation).
  • Blog comments: your full name and the text of your comments are public. The text is checked by an automatic moderation service (OpenAI or DeepSeek, depending on configuration) to detect abusive content; it is not used to train their models. You can edit or delete your comments at any time, and deleting your account erases their content.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time (see instructions below).
  • Data is stored securely on servers located in France (hosting provider: IONOS).
